Reserve your vehicle using the Hertz 24/7 app or our website. Select the vehicle you want and for how long you need it, from as little as 3 hours.
UNLOCK
Simply use the Hertz 24/7 app to open the vehicle. Alternatively, if available, you can also use the Hertz 24/7 token or the Hertz 24/7 PinPad to open / close the vehicle.
GO
Answer all questions in the app or on the on-board computer. The ignition key is in the vehicle. On vehicles with an automatic start, simply press the start button.
Start the car and off you go!
During your rental
During your rental, you always use the vehicle key to unlock or lock the doors.
When your rental has ended, please park the vehicle at the booked return location and end your rental using the on-board computer or the Hertz 24/7 app.
Don't forget to leave the keys in the vehicle when you return the vehicle.
